This
is the starting page for Healthy You Tracker. You enter
your current weight, daily exercise , blood pressure, blood
sugar, pulse and any notes you would like to track for the
day. The only required field is the date, thus you have the
flexibility of tracking as much or as little information you
see fit for your needs. If you miss a day, that's okay, it
just won't be included in the reports.
