Daily Food Intake

This page allows you to enter all of your food you ate throughout the day. It is grouped by convenient categories (more about this on the food items pages). You can select your category, then food item and number of servings. You can also track your medications taken for the day.

The system will automatically add up your daily calories, fat grams, carbs and sodium, then compare it to your target numbers of each category at the bottom of the food chart.

It also adds up how many servings you had of each diatary food group. Your target numbers of each food groups is listed below the daily actuals for comparison.
