Menu/Recipe Creator

Studies have shown most people eat 15-20 dishes on a regular basis. Healthy You Tracker allows you to enter your regular menu items, name them as a particular food item, then add them to your daily food with one click.

You can enter multiple foods that are included in a recipe and enter the number of servings that recipe feeds and Healthy You Tracker will calculate the calories, fat grams, carbs and sodium per serving. It will also calculate the number of breads, fruits, vegetables, protein, dairy and fats per serving. You then have the option of adding this recipe, per serving, to your personal food list.

You may also enter your favorite sandwich, chips, coke and an apple as a menu item and save it for on-click entry future use. Whatever foods you eat during a meal on a regular basis can be entered in your own personalized menu item.
